It lays the groundwork of meditation with the essence of life, which is breathing. It is a 9-week course with certification if all requirements are met. Breathing is a meditation technique to facilitate learning to focus, reduce stress and the effects of breathing on the body. The second level is all about learning to focus, setting intentions and good health. Our vitality is key to success in all that we do. This Pillar takes it up a notch for innerstanding and executing the detoxification of your mind, body, and spirit with emphasis on the Glymphatic System and its impact on Cerebrospinal Fluid. It is a 9-week course with certification if all requirements are met. This level is all about learning to look at life experiences in a different light. Its more than positive thinking, its about telling your story as a lesson to learn from rather than just tragedy or punishment.
